With 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry Ross is a specialist in Public Sector regional network architecture and design. He was previously TDA for a number of local government WAN solutions including Dorset PSN, East Midlands PSN, Kirklees PSN, North Lincolnshire PSN and Suffolk County Council NGN.
Neil Woolerton
Head of Client Management
Neil has worked within the Telecom’s industry for over 15 Years and has led some of the most successful Client Management Teams in the Industry. He joined the MLL Telecom Senior Management Team in October 2015 and is now responsible for the end to end engagement with our existing customer base.

Jeremy joined MLL in January 2018 to drive continued growth in the Local Government and NHS markets. With over 20 years’ experience in selling communications solutions, of which the past 10 have been focused on the public sector, Jeremy is a strong advocate for ensuring our customers and prospects are getting best value from the public money available.
James Coughlan
Commercial Director
James has held senior Commercial and Management positions within the Travel industry and has over 20 years’ experience in these areas of specialisation. He joined the MLL Leadership Team in September 2017 and attains a remit covering Supplier Management, Bid Management, Sales Operations, Marketing and Corporate Procurement.
Gail Harvey
Gail is a senior sales/relationship management professional with over 20 years’ experience gained with leading global telecoms and IT organisations.
Vicky Poole
Vicky has over 10 years’ experience in Telecoms and Technology sales, working in both UK and International environments. Vicky has joined MLL to lead the sales engagement for HSCN.

Darren has worked in Telecoms for over 15 years and leads our highly experienced and skilled Delivery and Service Teams.
Ian Wilcox
Health Sector Director
Ian has worked as a supplier of systems and services to Local and Central Government for over 25 years. Ian is leading MLL Telecom’s engagement with the Health community which has included an active role in the NHS Supplier Enagagment Programme to develop the standards for HSCN (Health and Social Care Network).

With over 25 Years Telecoms experience, Darren is our Technical Design Architect. He has led many Transformational network projects and was amongst the first 300 people to be CCDE certified in the World.

We ensure our transition team have direct and relevant experience of any project they undertake and create ‘one view’ of our transition plans with the customer delivering through an agreed governance model.

We work with our customers to identify and understand where the risk is and we mitigate it using our unique ‘Fixed and Wireless’ capability to build standby solutions to manage risk. Our systems are integrated within our supply chain to ensure we are fully informed of their delivery cycle and installation dates.


Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) operates 24 x 7 x 365 Days a year.

Customers have direct access to our technical team – there’s no filtering system – you get to speak to someone who understands your network and can resolve your incident or problem.

We have built our expertise, systems and processes around a defined customer base meaning you’re not a number and we can get to the nub of any issue much quicker.

Due to our deep knowledge of our customer’s networks, proactive management actually means something. We look and find issues before problems arise.

Our wider Client Management Team (which will include a dedicated Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, Service Manager and Account Manager) draw on the knowledge and experience of the NOC to bring proposals to you as to how we can improve network performance, service and costs.
